Kent family has been developed by the health visiting service, the school health service and the School-aged Immunisation Service at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. Parents, Carers and loved ones can access help and answers to common questions and concerns via their website. It offers support for families before and after birth and until their children are 19-years-old.
