Very friendly and helpful lady behind the desk - good demeanour 

Very positive and cheerful check in experience. 

Waiting room 

Not very busy - three other patients. 

I sat down - screen went yellow after 30 seconds - my name - I had been called. 

Zero waiting time - excellent. 

Treatment 

I went in and was greeted by a very friendly nurse. 

It was a 10 out of 10 visit/experience.
