Quicker calls. Faster access. The same care.
From Monday 29th June 2026, when you call Jubilee Medical Group for a GP appointment or clinical request, you may be greeted by Andi, our new AI phone assistant.
Why are we introducing Andi?
We know that waiting in a telephone queue can be frustrating, especially if you need medical advice or an urgent appointment.
Andi has been introduced to help reduce waiting times by allowing patients to submit their request straight away, without waiting for a receptionist to become available.
Your request is then sent securely to our GP for review, just as if you had completed an Anima online.
What are the benefits?
- Less time waiting in telephone queues.
- Your request reaches the right clinician more quickly.
- The same clinical team reviews every request.
- Faster access to the care you need.
- More time for our reception team to help patients who need additional support.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your information is handled securely and confidentially, exactly as it would be if you completed an Anima request online.
Can I still speak to a receptionist?
Yes. If you would prefer to speak to one of our Care Navigators, you can do so. However, please be aware that you will rejoin the telephone queue, so speaking with Andi is often the quickest way to submit a clinical request.
Will anything else change?
Not really. The way we care for you remains exactly the same. The main difference is that you can now submit your clinical request more quickly, without waiting on hold, allowing our clinical team to review it sooner.
