UTC Patient Survey
NHS Kent and Medway would like patient's help to improve urgent care services for people living in west Kent and Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley.
Urgent treatment centres (UTCs) in Maidstone, Tonbridge and Malling, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks (west Kent), Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley provide care for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries. They help make sure people get the right care quickly, while reducing pressure on emergency departments (A&E).
We want to understand what matters most to local people so we can make sure these services are accessible, timely, and located where they are most needed.
We are inviting residents, patients, carers and the wider community to complete a short survey about their experiences and views. Their feedback will directly inform future planning and improvements.
The survey takes around seven to eight minutes for patients to complete and will close on Monday, 2 February at 9am
