• P feedback on COVID FLU Clinic: Look for other opportunities to get patient feedback
• The surgery gave an update on appointments and e-consult being handled in a typical week. Committee agreed this would be useful information to provide for social media and awareness raising about the level of service being given to the community.  
• Events with GP attending: Committee discussed opportunity to hold a health day / community event in the village hall with ICS Support (Integrated health care and GP attending. J to send LB ICS contact .  LB to arrange with ICS about a health day, timing March 2023. Proposal drafted by LB and VM to be discussed at next meeting.

• Terms of Reference – AC presented. 
• We agreed that members of the PPG were representatives of all patient residents on the group. AC to send round final version for comment. 
• We are underrepresented in Longfield: Recognised that we were already full , even though we have advertised no-one had come forward. 
• Social Media – VB showed examples of what posts could be created 
• We agreed that the VB can create posts with the content given by the surgery and the surgery are to upload. 

Next meeting – 17th January 2023  - VB to book the Sports Centre.
