How to Request a Home Visit

Patients are requested to telephone before 10.00am if a visit is required that day. 

Most visits are now carried out by our Paramedic Home Visiting Service (run by GP Federation, DGSHealth)

The duty doctor will triage all home visit requests before deciding on the best course of action

Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to his or her house calls. 

The doctor may wish to speak to you before attending you at home. 

Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit and a visit is at the doctor's discretion.
