Fabulous urgent appointment 29 October 2019

Been suffering for two weeks with very painful shoulder. Reluctantly decided an urgent appointment was needed. Rang at 8.30am, I was given an 11.40 appt at New Ash Green. Extremely helpful locum, hopefully the practice will keep her on, as she will be an extremely good fit with the professional and helpful culture this practice provides. After a brief discussion about treatment options, I came away with a referral to physiotherapy. This practice continues to shine as a model of excellent community based health services. A welcome addition has been the triage service, providing an alternative route in to patient centred care. Thank you Jubilee Medical Group

I do not have name of doctor I saw at Longfield at appointment 8.50 on 31 July 2018. But she was very pleasant and helpful.

Very Helpful & Accommodating Staff

Called yesterday to try and arrange an urgent appointment for a family member and found them to extremely helpful & accommodating.

Initially there were no free slots for a week and a half, due to needing a double appointment - but they suggested that they'd call me back if they had any cancellations.

Twenty minutes later they called me back to explain that they'd moved things around a little and there was now a slot later that afternoon.

Extremely happy with their help, they were very sympathetic to the needs of my family member - from the Reception staff to the nurse involved, and I couldn't fault them.
