Nana and Harry are high level clinical pharmacists who are experts in medicines.

They work with the GP’s and patients to address medicine adherence, medication reviews, supporting patients with long term conditions such as Diabetes, High blood pressure, Heart disease and many more.

Paramedic Practitioner

Mike is our paramedic practitioner, he can see you for most minor ailments such as earache, rashes, urinary tract infections, fevers, bites and stings. Referrals can also be made for additional services such as x-rays.

Adult Health and Wellbeing Social Prescriber

Child Health and Wellbeing Social Prescriber

• Jane

Jane is our Young person’s navigator and offers support and signposting for young people under 25.

Jane can offer support for a broad range of issues such as mental health or supporting parents who are having difficulties getting their child to return to school.
